Modern training structure events series (core competences in manufacturing)
The aim of the innovative development sessions is to gain a clear knowledge and understanding of the requirements and competences related to production line work, which are composed of two main elements:
• presentations, organised with the involvement of employers, which present practical issues of shop floor work in an interactive way, focusing on one of 4 thematic areas: safety, lean production, IT/digitalisation, quality,
• practical competency assessments of potential participating employees, allowing the measurement of cognitive skills, personality traits and psychomotor skills, and providing feedback on the competencies of the individual.
