The opening conference sets the stage for the entire project by formally initiating the collaborative efforts between Ardud and Nagyecsed. Its primary aim is to
introduce the project, present its objectives, and create enthusiasm and commitment among participants.
Key Activities:
a. Welcome and Registration: Participants arrive, register, and are welcomed to the event.
b. Inaugural address: A notable figure delivers a keynote speech, setting the tone for the event and emphasizing the importance of the project.
c. Project overview: A detailed presentation outlining the project's goals, expected outcomes, and the collaborative efforts between Ardud and Nagyecsed.
d. Partner introductions: Each partner presents their organization and role in the project, fostering a better understanding of the collaborative network.
e. Panel discussions: Engage the audience in discussions related to project objectives, challenges, and opportunities for cross-border cooperation.
f. Q&A Session: Allow participants to seek clarifications and gain deeper insights into the project.
g. Networking and informal discussions: Facilitate interaction among attendees to encourage collaboration

CONFERINȚA DE DESCHIDERE pentru proiectul Conectarea comunităților: îmbunătățirea cooperării transfrontaliere pentru implicarea de la oameni la oameni, , finațat prin Programului INTERREG VI-A România-Ungaria, prioritatea 3 - „Cooperare transfrontalieră comunitară, mai durabilă și mai eficientă”.
Conferința de deschidere pune bazele întregului proiect prin inițierea oficială a eforturilor de colaborare dintre Ardud și Nagyecsed. Scopul său principal este să
introduceți proiectul, prezentați-i obiectivele și creați entuziasm și angajament în rândul participanților.
