The Career Guidance Round Table's primary task is to support young people in making informed career choices, contributing to enhancing the labour market situation of individuals of working age, including through reorientation, increasing employment and aligning with the labour needs of businesses, developing the economy, and enhancing the population retention capacity of Békés County. At this event, the spotlight will be on renewable energy, with the understanding that the development of this sector is accompanied by the emergence of new professions and occupations (e.g. solar energy specialist, sustainability manager, green project manager, etc.).

A Pályaorientációs Kerekasztal elsődleges feladata, hogy támogassa a fiatalokat a karrierválasztásban, hozzájárulva ezzel a munkaképes korúak munkaerő-piaci helyzetének javításához, többek között átképzés, foglalkoztatás növelése és a vállalkozások munkaerő-igényeinek kielégítése, a gazdaság fejlesztése, valamint Békés vármegye népességmegtartó képességének javítása révén. Ezen az eseményen a megújuló energia lesz a középpontban, azzal a tudattal, hogy e szektor fejlődésével új szakmák és foglalkozások jelennek meg (pl. napenergia-szakértő, fenntarthatósági menedzser, zöld projektmenedzser stb.).
