The program focuses on developing the ability to respond quickly and effectively to unexpected challenges, following a clear crisis protocol: recognizing the situation, maintaining composure, and proposing practical solutions. Participants will also work on enhancing their physical and mental stress resilience, as well as improving their improvisation skills and ability to generate alternative solutions under pressure. |
| Title of the event and a brief summary or objective of the event (RO / HU): | Az esemény célja a résztvevők alkalmazkodóképességének és kríziskezelési készségeinek fejlesztése a gyorsan változó és váratlan helyzetekben. A program során a résztvevők gyakorolják a krízishelyzetek felismerését, a higgadt és megfontolt reagálást, valamint a megoldási javaslatok kidolgozását egy tudatos krízisprotokoll mentén. Kiemelt hangsúlyt kap a fizikai és mentális stressztűrés erősítése, továbbá az improvizációs készség és az alternatív megoldások gyors felvetésének fejlesztése. |
