A program segíti a kulturális különbségek felismerését és empatikus kezelését, ösztönzi a többnyelvű, kulturálisan semleges kommunikációt, valamint nyitottságot épít a román–magyar közös munkára és az eltérő munkastílusok elfogadására. A résztvevők rugalmas, befogadó szemléletet alakítanak ki a közös rendezvényeken és szakmai együttműködések során. |
