Summary
The contemporary business environment demands modern methods and techniques to support financial decision-making, aiming to enhance performance and enable resource-efficient management for delivering high-quality products and services to consumers. With this necessity in mind, E2U-AI aims to strengthen institutional cooperation between the University of Oradea and the University of Debrecen in the field of artificial intelligence applied in finance and business administration. The project focuses on capacity building, procurement of advanced technology, and the exchange of experiences to foster a collaborative research environment and improve the application of AI techniques in the region.

Project Aim
The project’s main objective is to strengthen institutional cooperation between the University of Oradea and the University of Debrecen in the field of artificial intelligence applied in finance and business administration.

Objectives
✅ Foster institutional cooperation between universities in the cross-border region
✅ Enhance the application of AI techniques in finance, accounting, and business administration
✅ Build institutional capacity through specialised training and technology procurement
✅ Facilitate knowledge exchange and collaborative research
✅ Develop a strategy for the inclusion of AI advanced techniques in the business environment

Key Activities & Results
🔹 Specialized Training Courses – Organise  5 specialised training courses in advanced techniques of artificial intelligence in finance and business administration in both countries.
🔹 Technology Procurement – Procure software and computing technology for research, testing, and implementing artificial intelligence.
🔹 Experience Exchange Workshops – Conduct 2 workshops for exchanging experiences in researching and using advanced AI techniques within finance, accounting, and business administration.
🔹 Survey and Strategy Development – Conduct a survey and develop a strategy for the inclusion of AI advanced techniques.
🔹 E-Book Publication – Edit and publish an e-book on AI advanced techniques in finance, accounting, and business administration.
🔹 Knowledge Transfer – Disseminate project knowledge to decision-makers, SME owners and to at least 150 students (75 from each partner), with the expectation of later integrating this knowledge into the real economy.
🔹 Collaborative Research Events – Organize 2 knowledge-sharing events with 20 participants each, facilitating collaborative research and the development of AI algorithms.
