This conference aims to bring together archery specialists, sportsmen and archery stakeholders from the cross-border area (Romania-Hungary), in order to strengthen the cooperation between archery clubs and practitioners from the cross-border area. We will discuss ways of financing clubs in Romania and Hungary (and how the experience or more favorable legislation of one country can be transferred to the other country) and how under-financing affects sports performance. It will also be discussed the possibility of joint competitions in the cross-border area (Timis, Arad, Bihor, Satu Mare and similar counties in Hungary: Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg, Hajdú-Bihar, Békés and Csongrád), similarities and differences of refereeing in the two countries, problems encountered in the activity of the clubs and how they have been or can be solved, as well as other aspects that may lead to a new development of archery in the cross-border area (considering that this area is probably the most developed in Romania in terms of number of clubs and practitioners, organization of competitions, etc.).

Aceasta conferinta isi propune sa aseze la aceeasi masa specialisti, sportivi si stakeholderi ai tirului cu arcul din zona transfrontaliera (Romania-Ungaria), pentru a consolida cooperarea dintre cluburile si practicantii de tir cu arcul din zona transfrontaliera. Vor fi discutate modalitati de finantare a cluburilor din Romania si Ungaria (si in ce mod experienta sau legislatia mai favorabila a uneia dintre tari poate fi transferata si\sau imbunatatita in cealalta tara), precum si in ce mod subfinantarea afecteaza performanta sportiva, de asemenea va fi discutata posibilitatea desfasurarii de competitii comune in zona transfrontaliera (Timis, Arad, Bihor, Satu Mare si judetele similare din Ungaria: Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg, Hajdú-Bihar, Békés și Csongrád), similaritati si diferente de arbitraj in cele doua tari, probleme intimpinate in activitatea cluburilor si cum au fost sau pot fi ele solutionate, precum si alte aspecte care sa conduca la o noua dezvoltare a tirului cu arcul in zona transfrontaliera (avind in vedere ca aceasta zona este, probabil, cea mai dezvoltata din Romania in ce priveste numarul de cluburi si practicanti, organizarea de competitii etc.).
