It also aims to enhance participants’ capacity to remain calm and respond thoughtfully under pressure and in stressful situations. |
| Title of the event and a brief summary or objective of the event (RO / HU): | Az esemény célja a résztvevők döntéshozatali készségeinek és felelősségvállalási kompetenciáinak fejlesztése. A program során a résztvevők gyakorolják a gyors, mégis megalapozott döntéshozatal lépéseit, az alternatívák előnyeinek és hátrányainak átgondolt mérlegelését, valamint az önálló javaslatok megfogalmazását vezetői szituációkban. Kiemelt hangsúlyt kap a stresszhelyzetekben történő higgadt, megfontolt reakciók kialakítása is. |
