Joint Mentoring will be ensured by the initial CrossYounity team for the CrossYounity+ teams of youth and children. Joint mentoring sessions are provided for min. 10 new team members. The role of mentoring is preparing the new teams according to CY standards and encouraging participation in musical activities. Empowering the youth with mentorship programs, leadership training, and initiatives emphasize their potential to drive change.

Mentoratul comun va fi asigurat de echipa inițială CrossYounity pentru trupa CrossYounity+ de tineri și copii. Sesiunile comune de mentorat sunt prevăzute pentru min. 10 membri ai noii trupe. Rolul mentoratului este de a pregăti noile trupe în conformitate cu standardele CY și de a încuraja participarea la activitățile muzicale. Împuternicirea tinerilor prin programe de mentorat, formare în leadership și inițiative subliniază potențialul lor de a conduce schimbarea.

A közös mentorálást az eredeti CrossYounity-csapat biztosítja a CrossYounity+ ifjúsági és gyermekcsapatok számára. A közös mentorálási foglalkozásokat min. 10 új csapattag számára biztosítják. A mentorálás szerepe az új csapatok CY szabványoknak megfelelő felkészítése és a zenei tevékenységekben való részvétel ösztönzése. A fiatalok felhatalmazása mentorprogramokkal, vezetői képzésekkel és kezdeményezésekkel hangsúlyozza a fiatalok változásra való képességét.
