The Opening Conference of the Project will take place in Remete, at the Cultural Center, on October 18, starting at 11:00 AM.
The event is convened to introduce and initiate the project, providing the 30 participants with essential information, objectives, and key details. It will also include the official project start press release, issued on behalf of both partners.
A highlight of the conference will be the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the collaborating entities, formally outlining their roles, responsibilities, and commitment to the project. This agreement will serve as a foundational document, emphasizing the shared objectives, ensuring transparent collaboration, and strengthening the partnership for the successful execution of the project.

RO: Conferința de deschidere a proiectului va avea loc la Remetea, la Căminul Cultural, în data de 18 octombrie, începând cu ora 11:00.
Evenimentul este organizat pentru a prezenta și a lansa proiectul, oferind celor 30 de participanți informațiile esențiale, obiectivele și detaliile principale. În cadrul conferinței va fi publicat și comunicatul oficial de presă privind lansarea proiectului, în numele ambilor parteneri.
Un moment important al conferinței va fi semnarea unui Memorandum de Înțelegere între entitățile partenere, care va stabili în mod oficial rolurile, responsabilitățile și angajamentul față de proiect. Acest acord va constitui un document de bază, subliniind obiectivele comune, asigurând o colaborare transparentă și consolidând parteneriatul pentru implementarea cu succes a proiectului.

Az esemény célja a projekt bemutatása és elindítása, amely során a 30 résztvevő megismerheti a legfontosabb információkat, célkitűzéseket és részleteket. A rendezvényen sor kerül a projekt hivatalos sajtóközleményének közzétételére is, mindkét partner nevében.
A konferencia kiemelt mozzanata lesz az Együttműködési Megállapodás aláírása a partnerek között, amely hivatalosan rögzíti a felek szerepeit, felelősségeit és a projekt iránti elkötelezettségét. Ez a dokumentum alapvető jelentőségű, hiszen kiemeli a közös célokat, biztosítja az átlátható együttműködést, és erősíti a partnerséget a projekt sikeres megvalósítása érdekében.
