Through the meeting the two sides of the field of students' career guidance will come closer: school through counselors and teachers, respectively NGOs and companies, the potential employers. Within the 2-day work meetings, the two parties, who represent different points of view of the same process, through exercises, role-playing games, simulations, etc., will have the opportunity to get to know each other, to understand the problems that each faces in their career guidance activity, respectively youth employment and to outline possible solutions. Problems that aroused during the cross-border conference will be discussed and possible solutions will be searched.

”Pune-te in locul meu” - Prin intermediul întâlnirii, cele două părți implicate în orientarea în carieră a elevilor se vor apropia: școala, prin consilieri și profesori, respectiv ONG-urile și companiile, potențialii angajatori. În cadrul întâlnirilor de lucru desfășurate pe parcursul a două zile, cele două părți, care reprezintă perspective diferite ale aceluiași proces, vor avea oportunitatea să se cunoască reciproc, să înțeleagă problemele cu care fiecare se confruntă în activitatea proprie de orientare în carieră, respectiv de integrare a tinerilor pe piața muncii, și să contureze posibile soluții. Problemele identificate în cadrul conferinței transfrontaliere vor fi discutate, iar participanții vor căuta împreună soluții viabile.

”Tedd magad az en helyembe” - A találkozó révén közelebb kerül egymáshoz a diákok pályaorientációjában érintett két oldal: az iskola (tanácsadók és pedagógusok által), valamint a civil szervezetek és a vállalatok, mint potenciális munkaadók. A kétnapos munkatalálkozók keretében a két fél – amelyek ugyanazon folyamat különböző nézőpontjait képviselik – gyakorlatok, szerepjátékok, szimulációk révén jobban megismerhetik egymást, megérthetik a másik fél nehézségeit a pályaorientáció, illetve a fiatalok foglalkoztatása kapcsán, valamint közösen körvonalazhatják a lehetséges megoldásokat. A határon átnyúló konferencián felmerült problémákat átbeszélik, és közösen keresik a megoldási lehetőségeket.
