A program során a résztvevők gyakorolják az udvarias és professzionális bemutatkozást, a kapcsolattartást különböző érintettekkel – például technikusokkal, fellépőkkel és partnerekkel –, valamint a visszajelzések gyűjtését és pontos továbbítását a csapat felé. Emellett a résztvevők elsajátítják a hosszú távú, bizalmon alapuló munkakapcsolatok kiépítésének alapjait is. |
