The food trucks are ready to start their adventure and make the Bihoran products to reach those who love them and especially those who have not yet had the opportunity to discover their value.
The "Băuturi de Bihor" trailer will present alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from producers autochthonous. The "Aluat de Bihor" trailer specializes in pastries and bakery products, cooked on-site or marketed by local producers, and the two "Traditional Bihor" trailers will offer products semi-processed, processed packaged or non-packaged food from domestic producers. People from Bihor County are invited to discover traditional products at the third road show event organized - at Alesd, Bihor - on October 26.
