The purpose of the series of events
Employee turnover is not only a labour shortage, but also a loss of knowledge moreover the replacing of workforce is a very costly and time-consuming process that requires creative solutions from employers. The series of events will present examples of business best practices and measures based on international research and domestic practice that provide employers' representatives (CEOs, HR managers, HR consultants) with useful tools for retaining key employees through incentives, career and competency management, employee satisfaction and engagement, and employer branding.
