Supporting the provision of human resources for businesses and organisations operating in the Arad, Csongrád-Csanád and Timiș counties by presenting methods and best practices for employers to become increasingly able to recruit and select disadvantaged employees (job seekers starting their careers, returning from maternity leave, adults bringing up at least one child on their own, the over 50s, people with lower levels of education, people with impaired working capacity, the long-term unemployed, Roma), support their integration into the workplace, and retain their workforce.
