The aim of the series of events "Modern training structure - core competencies in manufacturing" is to develop a clear knowledge and understanding of the requirements and competencies related to the manufacturing line of work, which are composed of two main elements:
- presentations, organised with the involvement of employers, which interactively present practical issues of production line work, focusing on one of 4 thematic areas: safety, lean production, IT/digitalisation, quality,
- as well as practical competency assessments of participating potential employees, which allow for the measurement of cognitive skills, personality traits and psychomotor skills and provide feedback on the competencies of the individual.
