On September 21, 2016 the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Administration, acting as Managing Authority for the Interreg V-A Romania – Hungary Programme
The first Monitoring Committee meeting of the Interreg V-A Romania-Hungary Programme, managed by the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Administration (MRDPA), as Managing Authority, was held in Békéscsaba, Hungary, on May 26, 2016.
The European Commission adopted on the 9th of December 2015 the new Interreg Programme between Romania and Hungary, worth €231.8 million, with €189.1 million coming from the European Regional Development Fund.
The events aimed to promote Interreg V-A Romania-Hungary Programme, to gear prospective applicants towards successful co-operation initiatives, as well as to facilitate the creation of partnerships.
