Summary
GEOCBC promotes the use of geothermal energy in the Zerind–Békés area by replacing traditional heating systems in public and private buildings with renewable geothermal solutions. The project raises awareness, builds capacity, and fosters long-term cooperation between local authorities and stakeholders to support the clean energy transition.

To promote renewable energy use in the Zerind–Békés area by informing at least 10,000 people and showcasing geothermal heating systems in public and private buildings.

🔹 Study Tours – Two visits to green energy sites for local stakeholders
🔹 Open Days – Educational events to showcase how geothermal systems work
🔹 Cooperation Agreement – Signed between Zerind and Békés for continued cooperation
🔹 Community Engagement – At least 237 participations in joint environmental activities
