Summary
GreenLink empowers communities in Nyírbátor (HU) and Carei (RO) to lead the clean energy transition through participatory planning, education, and innovation. The project addresses energy challenges by involving citizens, public officials, and experts in co-creation processes, training, and awareness campaigns.
