Summary
UNITY aims to address the shared challenges of demographic trends, depopulation, and an under-skilled youth workforce in the cross-border region of Satu Mare and Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg counties. By fostering sustainable cross-border and cross-sectoral cooperation between educational and economic sectors, the project seeks to improve career orientation support for middle and high (vocational) school students. Through joint actions, strategic thinking, and the development of the existing bilingual Laboro.ro platform, UNITY promotes a sense of unity and cooperation, empowering stakeholders to work together towards common goals and enhancing the quality of career guidance provided to students.
