Summary

The project equips youth with the skills to develop and manage social enterprises. Through training, mentoring, and a cross-border entrepreneurship expo, the project promotes values of responsibility and innovation.

This project illustrates how Cohesion Policy empowers young generations to build social impact across borders using local knowledge and shared experience.

Project Aim

To strengthen cross-border cooperation in the field of social economy by developing pilot-level twinning clusters of social enterprises and promoting people-to-people learning.

Objectives

Teach social enterprise development skills
Support mentoring and personal development
Facilitate joint initiatives between young people from RO and HU
Create sustainable action plans for future cooperation

Key Activities & Results

🔹 Development of informal training curricula and delivery to 50 youth
🔹 12 training sessions with 600+ participants
🔹 Over 300 mentoring sessions, both online and in person
🔹 youngSTER Social Enterprise Expo with 150+ attendees
🔹 Creation of a joint action plan for long-term strategies
