CULTURAL LIVING LAB |ROHU 618 reshapes the cultural landscape by creating modern spaces, developing digital tools, and strengthening the bond between Bihor and Hajdú-Bihar counties through culture, creativity, and cross-border cooperation. It builds a Multifunctional Cultural Center in Oradea, a lightweight storage facility in Ebes (Hajdú-Bihar) to safely store the project-purchased equipment, and connects communities through joint events, digital innovation, and artistic exchanges. By bringing culture closer to people, the project creates a dynamic, inclusive, and future-ready cultural network.
The project establishes a vibrant cross-border cultural ecosystem, where innovation, digitalization, and artistic collaboration enhance cultural participation and promote the region’s heritage.
