Summary

CulturRO-HUb project aims to expand cross-border cultural offerings in the region through close cooperation between Nyíregyháza and Satu Mare. The project focuses on connecting various art forms through cross-border programs and professional collaboration, resulting in the establishment of cultural service centers equipped with the latest solutions to host tourism-oriented events and programs.

Key Activities & Results

🔹 Professional Workshops – Hosting 3 professional workshops in the cultural field, one per year, in Satu Mare.
🔹 Multicultural Festival – Organizing a multicultural festival in Satu Mare with performances in music, dance, theatre, film, and literature.
🔹 Cultural Events in Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County – Organizing "Pro-Culture Day," "Folklore Day," and "Culture Week" events.
🔹 Modern Equipment for Dinu Lipatti Philharmonic – Endowing the Dinu Lipatti Philharmonic in Satu Mare with modern equipment.
🔹 Joint Cultural Touristic Marketing Strategies – Elaborating two joint cultural touristic marketing strategies.
🔹 Cultural Centre in Nyíregyháza – Developing a cultural centre in Nyíregyháza to host concerts, choirs, dance groups, and exhibitions.
🔹 Multifunctional Centre in Satu Mare – Developing a multifunctional centre in Satu Mare to integrate socio-cultural, educational, and recreational functions.
🔹 Rehabilitation of Philharmonic Façade – Rehabilitating the façade of the philharmonic in Satu Mare.
🔹 Air Conditioning System for Northern Theatre – Installing an air conditioning system in the Northern Theatre in Satu Mare.

By integrating modern infrastructure with cross-border initiatives, CulturRO-HUb revitalizes cultural services in the region. By the end of the project, the cross-border area will be more culturally vibrant, collaborative, and inclusive.
