1st Open Call for Proposals
The Ministry of Development, Public Works and Administration (Romania_, acting as Managing Authority for the Interreg VI-A Romania-Hungary Programme, launched the 1st Open Call for project proposals.
o Public entities (national, regional or local authorities), o Organisations equivalent to those governed by public law, o Non-governmental organisations (e.g. associations) o European Groupings of Territorial Cooperation (EGTCs)
Only projects with cross-border partnership are eligible for funding. The Applicant’s Guide sets the eligibility criteria for applicants, actions and expenses.
The applicants can now create their project in Jems.
Submission deadlines
September 27, 2023, 23:00 (CET)/24:00 (EET);
SOFT projects
January 26, 2024, 16:00 (CET)/17:00 (EET).
HARD projects (extended deadline)
ASSESSMENT
Quality and eligibility assessment of projects submitted under - Priority 3 (ISO6.3) - June, 2024 - Priorities 1&2 - October, 2024
SELECTION
The Monitoring Committee approved the list of selected projects (published on programme website) for projects submitted under - Priority 3 (ISO 6.3) - September 2024 - Priority 1 - November 2024 - Priority 2 - January 2025
CONTRACTING
The selected projects enter the contracting phase - Priority 3 (ISO 6.3): September 2024 (ongoing) - Priorities 1&2: December 2024 - January 2025 (ongoing)
