Jelen utasítás minden projekt kedvezményezettre vonatkozik, és rendelkezéseinek értelmében a kedvezményezettek a projekten belüli változtatásokat saját felelősségre a szerződés kiegészítés / módosítási kérelem benyújtása előtt is elvégezhetik, feltéve, hogy az Irányító Hatóság / a Közös Titkárság jóváhagyja a kérelmet.
