The Managing Authority of the Programme issued Instruction 6 / March 18, 2019, regarding project changes before the submittal of a modification request.
The Instruction concerns all project beneficiaries and refers to the fact that beneficiaries may perform changes within projects, on their own responsibility, before an addendum/modification request is submitted to the Programme, under the suspensive condition that the Managing Authority approves the addendum/the Joint Secretariat confirms the notification.
