In order to reach the decommintment target for 2018, the Managing Authority of the Programme issued Instruction 1 / July 27, 2018, regarding the reimbursement claims within ROHU projects.

The Instruction concerns all project beneficiaries and refers to additional interim partner reports to be submitted to the FLC, regardless of the amounts spent, for all expenditures incurred after their last  FLC report until September 30, 2018.

The Interim reports shall be transmitted to the FLC no later than October 5, 2018, in order to allow the amounts spent during this period to be recorded for decommitment purposes.
