The Interreg V-A Romania-Hungary Programme announces the signing, by the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Administration in Romania as Managing Authority, of 3 new financing contract, selected in the frame of the 2nd Open Call and 3 financing contracts within the 3rd Open Call.
The 6 contracted projects have a total value of EUR 11,846,719.38 out of which EUR 9,168,177.77 from the European Regional Development Fund.
The allocation of ERDF funding is of EUR 6,414,233.20 for Romanian beneficiaries, respectively EUR 2,753,944.57 for Hungarian beneficiaries.
The contracted projects concern initiatives regarding the water sector (Investment priority 6/b), increasing the employment within the eligible area (Investment priority 8/b), investment in health infrastructure (Investment priority 9/a) and cross-border cooperation between citizens and institutions (Investment priority 11/b).
