The Managing Authority of the Programme issued Instruction 4 / September 24, 2018, regarding requests for reimbursement of expenditure at the half of the implementation period of projects.
The Instruction concerns all project beneficiaries of the 1st Open Call and refers to the fact that for the first half of project implementation period, the total amount to be claimed for reimbursement to the First Level Control units shall not be less than the amount initially estimated in the Annex 4 of the Subsidy Contract – “Schedule for Spending Forecast”.
