The Project Implementation Manual (PIM) of the Interreg V-A Romania-Hungary Programme is intended to provide Lead and project beneficiaries of funded operations with useful information on each implementation phases of a project life cycle.
The document was designed as a handy tool for the sound and timely implementation of the projects, in compliance with the applicable legal framework and other programme-related requirements.
