In order to keep in touch with potential applicants under the active call, and to reach as many participants as possible, beginning with September and until the closing deadline for 1st Open Call, i.e. December 27, the Joint Secretariat and the Information Points invite you to participate in weekly online question and answer sessions.
The events are designed to provide real-time answers to questions on the funding opportunities available, eligibility criteria, projects’ budget and implementation time limits, annexes to be submitted with the Application Form, how to fill in the Application Form in Jems, and other important aspects of the Call rules.
As a rule, the meetings will be held every Wednesday in Romanian and every Thursday in Hungarian between 11:00-12:00 EET/10:00-11:00 CET, from 06.09.2023 to 14.12.2023. Those interested will be able to access the online platform via the link provided on both Programme website and Social Media pages, 15 minutes before every scheduled event.
Questions can be submitted in advance to email@example.com and will be answered during the next session to make the process more efficient.
We are also pleased to announce that a recording of the presentation in Romanian and Hungarian languages delivered during the Info Days dedicated to the 1st Open Call, organized in July, is now available on the website.
