The Monitoring Committee of the Interreg VI-A Romania-Hungary Programme was officially constituted

The 1st Monitoring Committee (MC) meeting of the Interreg VI-A Romania-Hungary Programme took place on Monday, May 22nd, 2023, in Szeged (Hungary).

The designated members and observers of the two national delegations, representing both public institutions (central, regional, and local) and civil society (academic environment and NGOs), gathered to decide upon relevant documents meant to ensure the Programme's sound and smooth implementation.

Thus, the Rules of Procedure of the Monitoring Committee (establishing the MC’s procedural framework), the Applicant’s Guide for the 1st Open Call for project proposals (presenting the main rules to be followed by applicants during the submission process), as well as the Visual Identity Manual for 2021-2027 period (guiding the future project partners in relation to their transparency and communication responsibilities) have been approved by consensus.

Further, the revised version of the Applicant’s Guide will be publicly consulted for 5 days, following which, the 1st Open Call will be officially launched in early June.
