Oradea Regional Office for Cross-Border Cooperation, acting as contracting authority, is launching a call for evaluators to create a pool of external experts in the framework of the Interreg VI-A Romania-Hungary Programme.
We are looking for professionals, who have good knowledge in at least one of the Specific Objectives financed within the Programme, and experience in performing the quality assessment (or equivalent) of project proposals funded under national, European, or international programmes, ideally in transnational/interregional/cross-border cooperation programmes.
The assessment of project proposals submitted under the 1st Open Call for SOFT projects (normal and people-to-people) will be performed exclusively online, using the Programme’s joint electronic monitoring system (Jems).
