Between February 24 and February 27, 2025, we successfully concluded a series of four online training sessions tailored for project partners involved in Operations of Strategic Importance (OSI). These sessions were designed to provide clear and practical guidance on key implementation rules, ensuring that all partners are well-equipped to manage their projects effectively.
Key Highlights from the Sessions
Throughout the week, our colleagues from the Managing Authority (MA), Joint Secretariat (JS), and Romanian National Control Body (RO NCB) covered essential aspects of project implementation, focusing on:
- Project Implementation Manual (PIM): A deep dive into the requirements and procedures for project partners (February 24).
- Romanian National Control: Understanding national legislation, agreed rules, and the control mechanisms that ensure the validation of expenditures (February 25).
- Jems Platform Training (held in English): Practical insights on using the Joint Electronic Monitoring System (Jems) for project reporting and management (February 26).
- Communication and Visibility: Communication requirements deriving from EU legislation and guidelines based on the Programme’s Visual Identity Manual - VIM (February 27).
